Glee Love Story Conspiracies

Hello, Fanaticals! Today we are going to look into two Glee conspiracies regarding two of the fan favourite couples: Klaine and Finchel. While Finchel's conspiracy really revolves around a major cheating issue conspiracy, Klaine's revolves around their getting back together. Let's take a look!

Finchel

I actually found this titled under "worst theory" and I'm not quite sure which way they mean worst: meaning that it's true and it's horrible, or that it's untrue and crazy for being thought of. Personally, when I say worst, I'm going with the second definition because this theory doesn't make sense to me.

The theory itself claims that Rachel cheated on Finn with Brody. While we DO see a lot of flirting between the two, including that fantastic duet of Demi Lovato's "Give Your Heart a Break", they don't actually really DO anything while Rachel is dating Finn.

Not to mention, he told her that he was "setting her free" and broke up with her, then didn't communicate with her for MONTHS but all of the sudden there is this thing where she cheated on him with Brody? Honestly, I have actually had this issue happen before, and it is basically jealousy coming up in the form of regret for ending things.

Anyone who has been on Rachel's end of this, knows how it feels. However, she had loved Finn so much that she thought he was correct and, NO MA'AM, he was not. Finn broke up with her, which means she can date, sleep with, shack up, do whatever she wants with WHOEVER she wants, and she owes Finn absolutely zero explanation. This is honestly I think the only time when Finn and Rachel break up that you see the beginnings of a true HEALTHY breakup.

She took the breakup, moved on, and then suddenly the ex comes in upset about "how could you cheat on me?" If the relationship isn't there, then there's nothing to be unfaithful to. Having had the experience I have had with this, it actually ticked me off a lot that this theory floats around out there because of how Finn acts towards Rachel while she is in New York.

My opinion: Rachel did not cheat on Finn.

Klaine

For some reason, everyone loved how Sue trapped them in a fake elevator and forced them to get back together. However, it actually goes by so fast that many miss the confession at the wedding that Brittany actually helped Sue get Kurt and Blaine back together.

Which, when I read this theory, it made me laugh but then I realize there is some plausibility behind it. While Sue, herself, may have been behind the Sue doll when Kurt and Blaine finally say forget it and kiss so that they can get out of the elevator, she was not the only one behind it.

We are under the impression from the way the cut together timeline goes, the boys are in this elevator during Invitationals; something that Sue IS IN CHARGE OF and actually running during this time. This would mean that someone has to be running the doll while she was there.

Now, I will shamelessly admit that at first, I totally thought that it might have been Becky that was helping her. But the theory that it was Brittany running it just makes so much sense, especially after her confession at the wedding. Grant it, I can see Brittany helping more in the way that she was the one who let the bear cub lose in Blaine and Dave's apartment, but we don't actually know how far deep in she went to help.
